I love zucchini bread and thought that with the addition of chocolate, what could go wrong?
Absolutely nothing!
It was moist and fudgy. It needed nothing to make it better. (I added the strawberry to make the photo pretty.)
You can find the recipe here. I omitted the nuts and chocolate chips, but found it rich enough that they weren't missed. I may add the chocolate chips another time.
